The main goal was to practice drawing the fabric, the stone used for the base, and clay sculpting. I also wanted to try to make it look better in real life than my Blender render of this figurine. Sometimes this kind of work is meditative and allows you to relax and unwind. In any case, the most annoying part of this whole process is post-processing after printing (>_<) unsightly craters from the supports or tiny specks of dust that get in during priming... And the most annoying thing is that these become visible only at the very latest stages of processing, causing you to take another step back and start reworking the details, filling in those craters and imperfections. But in the end, the result outweighs all the troubles, and you sit back happy as a clam, delighted by the figurine next to you!
